If you think your wig is defective send us an email at Support@Royalrawhair.com along with supporting pictures and videos and we will open an investigation.

We are not responsible for the following: installing your wig incorrectly, cutting your lace the incorrect way, lace colors not matching (please choose the closest lace color to your skin complexion), lost and damaged packages during shipping, selecting the wrong wig size, selecting the wrong wig lace color. You agree that shedding and lace baldness may occur over time from bleaching of the knots, dryness and texture change of the hair may occur if not colored correctly. we suggest you consult a professional. Wigs can last up to 24 months or longer with the proper care.Β
