All orders can take 5-7 days to process once your order is completed.

Domestic: 5-7 Business days

International: 15-20 Business days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries)

3. Where Do You Ship From?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia USA

Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service within the U.S

4. How Do I Track My Package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, the tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

5. International Policy

We ship to all countries worldwide. All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Royal Raw Hair has no control over these charges, nor can Royal Raw Hair predict the amount charged. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Customer's should contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur. All fees should not exceed 20% of your order total.
